🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (United States)

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time:
Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Shipping Carriers:
We ship via USPS or UPS, with tracking provided on all orders.

Shipping Costs:
Calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.

  • Free standard shipping for orders over $50 (US only).

  • Wholesale orders: free standard shipping for orders over $300 (US only).

We ship worldwide! Current countries include (but are not limited to):

Processing Time:
1–5 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

Delivery Time:
Typically 7–21 business days, depending on destination and shipping method. Holidays and customs processing can extend delivery time.

Shipping Costs & Handling Fees:
Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping speed.
A handling fee applies to ensure packaging is secure, typically ranging from $3–$10 depending on package size and destination.

📑 Customs, Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

United States:

  • Orders shipped within the US may be subject to state and local sales tax.

  • Since our business is based in California, all CA orders include sales tax at checkout.

  • Shopify calculates sales tax automatically based on your location.

International Orders:

  • Your country may charge customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon delivery.

  • We ship international orders using post-paid labels (Delivered Duty Unpaid – DDU).

  • You are responsible for any additional customs fees. We do not prepay or include these charges.

Special Notes:

  • 🇰🇷 South Korea: Customs require a Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC / RCID). We will contact you after purchase if needed.

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: Customs may charge GST/HST, duties, or clearance fees collected by Canadian authorities.

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays can occur due to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
